Why this exists
Customer materials currently assume OpenAI API with default abuse-monitoring / retention behavior. Enterprise options (names and eligibility change over time) such as Modified Abuse Monitoring (MAM), Zero Data Retention (ZDR), or successors may reduce vendor-side retention.
Current customer-facing posture
- Ask Mike uses the OpenAI API as a Subprocessor.
- No-training is described only as OpenAI’s stated API policy, not as an MCubed warranty.
- Abuse-monitoring logs may exist under vendor defaults.
- MAM / ZDR are not claimed.
