Purpose
This list identifies third parties that may Process Customer Personal Data on behalf of AskMike.AI in providing the Services. It is intended to be incorporated by reference into the DPA.
Provider may update this list per the DPA notice process. Questions: info@mcubedbi.net.

AskMike.AI / MCubed personnel and contractors under confidentiality and need-to-know may access Customer Data for support and operations.
AI-specific note (non-warranty)
Use of OpenAI occurs when AI Features are invoked. Data remaining solely in Neon is not automatically shared with OpenAI. Zero Data Retention and Modified Abuse Monitoring are not claimed.
